Santa Clara, California – The San Francisco 49ers (5-0) crushed the Dallas Cowboys 42-10 Sunday night at Levi’s Stadium.
The 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy shined. Purdy completed 17-of-24 pass attempts for 252 yards and 4 touchdowns and no interceptions.
Dak Prescott the Dallas Cowboys quarterback struggled. Prescott completed 14-of-24 passes for 153 yards, 1 downtown and 3 interceptions.
It was a humbling experience for Dak
“This may be the most humbling game I’ve ever been a part of,” Dak Prescott said.
The Cowboys allowed more points (42) versus the 49ers than they had allowed in their first 4 games of the season (41) combined.
Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy took the blame
“I didn’t do a good job tonight,” Mike McCarthy, Dallas Cowboys head coach said. “It clearly just show where we are as a team. We’re 3-2. We got a lot of work to do.”
